Russ Sacks
Interim Managing Director

Russ has over twenty years of experience in the areas of operations research, process excellence and software development. Russ has worked with organizations such as United Technologies, Allied Signal, GM and NASA in implementing computer aided optimization and continuous improvement methods. Russ is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and has worked in the area of process excellence in both the healthcare and information technology industries.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College, a Master of Science in Management from The University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Vermont.

Christopher Davis
Director of Staffing Solutions

Chris has over twelve years of experience in the areas of business intelligence, analytics and numerical modeling in both the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. He also has extensive workforce management and staffing experience, which he now puts to use as the head of our company's technical staffing line of business.

Chris studied both engineering and economics at Virginia Polytechnic and State University, as well as information technology at Brevard College. He is also a certified lean expert.

Shannon K. Orlando
Director of Business Development

Shannon has over ten years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing and business development. She managed both sales and business operations at a major bank and is now responsible for our company's recuritment and business development efforts.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Peace College.

Heather Orlando Sacks
Director of Business Support Services

Heather is an accomplished business owner, office manager and has over sixteen years of experience as a court reporter, scopist and transcriptionist. Before joining Exceptional Outcomes, she managed a business which provided the transcription of medical depositions, preliminary hearings, worker’s compensation hearings and probable cause hearings. Prior to that she was a court reporter for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Heather holds an Associate of Applied Science in Court Reporting from the State University of New York at Alfred and a diploma in Practical Nursing from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology. She is also a Licensed Practical Nurse.
