Heather Sacks – Director of Business Services
Heather is an accomplished business owner, office manager and has over sixteen years of experience as a court reporter, scopist and transcriptionist. Before joining Exceptional Outcomes, she founded and managed a business which provided the transcription of medical depositions, preliminary hearings, worker’s compensation hearings and probable cause hearings. Prior to that she was a court reporter for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.Heather holds an Associate of Applied Science in Court Reporting from the State University of New York at Alfred and a diploma in Practical Nursing from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology. She is also a Licensed Practical Nurse.
